ROBADUR®, ROBADUR-MUF®, ROBALIT 61®, ROBAGLAS® special plastics for the paper industry
These plastics have been specially developed for use in the paper and pulp industry.
They are manufactured in-house on sinter presses in panels up to 12 m long and 1,000 mm wide.
These panels are refined on profile milling machines and CNC milling machines and lathes.

ROBADUR®
The classic product for the paper industry. Black.
PE-UHMW with dry-film lubricant, cross-linking, and UV stabilizers – sets itself apart with its outstanding price-performance ratio.
ROBADUR®-MUF
Pure PE-UHMW sinter pressed over a long period for use in the paper industry. White.
No additives. The favorably high level of cross-linking is maintained during the sintering process, and thus the improved endurance as well.
ROBALIT® 61
PE-UHMW with molybdenum sulfide dry-film lubricant. Gray.
Developed for dewatering elements in the paper industry. The dry-film lubricant content ensures a low coefficient of friction and extremely low adherence.
ROBAGLAS®
PE-UHMW reinforced with with glass microbeads. Black.
Special plastics used for dewatering elements in the paper industry. Basic PE-UHMW alloyed with dry-film lubricant, cross-linked, with UV stabilizers and additional glass microbeads. Increased wear resistance thanks to the glass microbeads, increasing the service life of dewatering elements by up to 20%.
