Characteristics: More low-stress than extruded PA 6, better tensile and compression strength than extruded PA 6, better mechanical machinability than extruded PA 6, impact-resistant, energy-elastic, shock and vibration reducing, good weather resistance, high dynamic energy absorption capacity, high moisture absorption, excellent resistance to bases, poor resistance to acids, limited resistance to solvents, high level of moisture absorption for increased impact resistance
Very good resistance to hydrocarbons, alkalis, grease, oil, fuels, ethers, esters, ketones
No resistance to halogens, mineral acids and some organic acids, oxidants
Typical applications: Gears, rollers, cable rollers, universal material – wherever there are no special requirements
