Application

Web retainers / stabilizers in the dry section

OLD system vs. NEW system

The perfect sealing in the placement zone means that suction capacity is increased by up to 40% with the same vacuum.

World record for newspaper paper with ROBATEC-Twinseal

In early 2010, Holmen Paper set the world record for newspaper paper speed on the PM 62 in Madrid

and can now claim to be the only paper machine in the world operating at a record 2,014 m/min.

Röchling LERIPA Papertech supplied ROBATEC-Twinseals for this machine, which as well as significantly improving the paper web guiding was also able to reduce energy consumption (vacuum) in the individual dry sections.
