Manufacture

All materials are produced through lengthy sinter pressing processes with extremely long press cycles.
This enables us to produce covers up to 12 m long with no welding seams and also ensures a tension-free
internal structure compared with the typical standard sinter press process and extrusion.

Supplying a full sealing strip package

Röchling LERIPA Papertech is the only supplier to offer all the components and materials suitable for use as
suction roll seals. The sealing strip alone does not provide a functional sealing unit for suction rolls. Only the
right loading tube and sealing strip holder with a sufficient amount of flexibility and chemical resistance ensure
the level of protection required.
